Welcome 2025

Embracing accountability, starting small and perseverance are principles of effective habit forming and personal growth. As James Clear emphasizes in ‘Atomic Habits’. Focusing on progress rather than instant results is the cornerstone of lasting change.

Setting realistic goals and celebrating ‘small’ victories is healthy self-care and a life audit! We have compartments of life that include health, relationships, work life, personal growth and sometimes one or more area require focus, in order to avoid burn out and maintain balance!

The 2-minute magic mentioned in ‘Atomic Habits’ enables us to at least start on something, probably something we have been avoiding. 2 minutes is the start for your to begin the journey of habit forming!

Accountability partners help to align and enhance goals. Reaching out to a Coach or Mentor provides external support, perspectives and helps to declutter the mind!

Being able to self-care after setbacks and realign is crucial to maintaining consistency and personal self-development!

Making a change in small consistent daily routines, such exercise, delaying gratification, making your bed, or whatever you would like to work on, is the key to effective habit forming.

Seek support, embrace the uniqueness of you and take the first step to a lasting foundation for meaningful and lasting change!

  • Focus on the here and now, we are not promised tomorrow!
  • Learn to respond not to react!
  • There’s only one of you! What a gift!
  • Find ways to improve daily, moment by moment!
  • Create an environment that encourages you to spend time doing the things you don’t like doing!
